For years our Holiday Homes have attracted visitors from around the world and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. So we have decided to build new apartments. 14 new apartments next to the Arctic Circle Holiday Homes will be open in November 2023. Arctic Circle Holiday Homes II are located in a peaceful area close to the Arctic Circle and Rovaniemi airport.
HOLIDAY HOMES I
Located in Rovaniemi in the Lapland region, with Santa Park nearby, Arctic Circle Holiday Homes provides you with everything you might need during your stay, including free parking, WiFi, sauna and kitchen.
You can choose between a one bedroom suite and a two bedroom suite. Here we introduce them to you.
Living Room
Living room, kitchen and dining area form an open space. Have the time of your life together with your group or enjoy the solitude alone.
Kitchen
Enjoy cooking meals in the large, open kitchen. You’ll find everything you need during your stay.
Bedroom
The smaller suites have one bedroom with a double bed. The sofa in the living room also offers a comfortable place to sleep.
Bathroom
The bathroom is in the hallway, separated from shower and sauna.
Sauna
Try our authentic Finnish sauna, enjoy the hot steam and cross the item off your bucket list. (If it’s not already on the list, add it there and then cross it.)
Living Room
After a long day it’s always nice to lift your feet up and relax while watching TV or reading a book.
Kitchen
The kitchen and dining area are in the same room with the living room. You can spend more quality time with your friends and family while cooking meals.
Master Bedroom
A soft double bed with fluffy pillows and blankets guarantee that you’ll sleep well.
2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom has two separate beds but they can be placed next to each other if you prefer.
Sauna
Sit back on the benches and feel the relaxing and healthy effects of the steam soothe your mind and body.
Bathroom
Bathroom also has a washing machine at your disposal.
HOLIDAY HOMES II
We have three different floorplans in the apartments: two bedroom suites of 67 m² or 72 m² and three bedroom suites of 81 m². Each decorated and furnished with peaceful, natural tones. Our kitchens are well equipped for you to cook at the house and enjoy the evening together with your family and friends. We also have sauna in every holiday home so you can experience a traditional Finnish sauna.
We have a big yard, plenty of space for children to play outside. You can also take a walk in a surrounding forest area. Every apartment has covered parking space for the cars.

How do I get there?
Rovaniemi Airport is only 6 minutes away. If you arrive by plane you can easily take a taxi.
When is the best time to come?
Lapland isn’t all about Christmas and winter. Here all seasons are beautiful in their unique ways. The autumn colors are usually at their best during September, July is the warmest month. There is something special in every month. And the Northern lights can also be seen in spring and autumn.
EXPERIENCE MORE OF LAPLAND
